2008 amendment comment

We initially sent in comments regarding the draft amendments in March 2008. Upon review of the revise amendments that are now out for comment, we believe our initial comments are still pertinent and ask that they be re-considered. Some specificity is needed in the current amendments that addresses the need for a common language in the form of data dictionary and data management framework. Our recommendations support this need.
