Draft Sixth Power Plan Comment

I strongy support the removal of the lower 4 dams on the Snake River, and the healthy wild salmon provisions. The NPCC's Draft 6th Pwer Plan provides for meeting the power needs of the people and business of the Northwest also! Thank you for coming up with such a good plan!
