Draft Sixth Power Plan Comment

I appreciate the work that's been done so far in the draft. It's good. It's pointing in the right direction. I would strongly encourage movement on an area that seems have been side stepped - coal. It needs to be reined in and phased down. It's not the way of the future, it's the way of the past and we need address methods for weening our region off of this nasty polluter.
