Draft Sixth Power Plan Comment

Dear Northwest Power and Conservation Council, From what I hear, the sixth draft of your future power plan for the Northwest is an enormous improvement in terms of moving our region from fossil fuels to clean energy. However, I think we still get too much of our power from coal and I'm dubious about "clean" coal ever becoming a reality; at least, I don't want to count on it. Therefore, I urge you to take appropriate steps to phase out coal-fired powers plants as rapidly as possible. Thanks, Bob Devine
