Draft Sixth Power Plan Comment

I want this energy plan to be clean, efficient and green. There are no longer ANY viable excuses for this to not happen! I absolutely support the building up of wind power plants; I absolutely desire more solar power use for long-term and short-term supplies of energy; and I see no reason to utilize old models of energy supply any longer. You should also be supporting consumer decisons to change to solar/wind power, however they can find a way to do so. There should be incentives built into billing to make this more feasible, especially for those whose income is on the low end of middle class and for those who have little income at all. Thanks for your time and energy in this matter.
