Draft Sixth Power Plan Comment

We have reviewed your draft Power Plan and provide the attached response for your consideration. This draft reflects a tremendous amount of time and effort of Council members and staff combined - and it shows! As you will see in our response, we believe your efforts have significantly contributed to understanding and addressing many of the challenges the NW energy community faces in the near future. As Jim Sanders notes in his cover letter (see attached), we look forward to continuing the productive dialogue that we have had with you in the past.
