Draft Sixth Power Plan Comment

I'm concerned that a dirty coal plant is in our region. We need to reduce global warming emissions and stop using dirty coal for our energy needs. Many signs of global warming are occuring around the globe, including floods, melting of the polar ice caps, etc. We ignore the signs at not only our peril, but all life on the planet.
