To the Northwest Power and Conservation Council.
We are asking you all to give you full support to measures that will significantly increase the use of clean, renewable energy (such as wind and solar) and reduce green house gas and cargon emmissions.
As you well know, climate scientist around the world have identified the very negative effects of not altering our ways drastically and very soon. We assure that standards are consistent with good science.
We are counting on all of you to do your part in improving and maintaing the quality of our environment.
