The State and all the municipalities should seriously look into adopting pyrolysis technology which will turn all the municipal waste, including all the non-recyclable plastics and medical waste, into electricity and reusable industrial materials without producing any greenhouse gases. It is the ideal waste-to-energy technology.
The pyrolysis presents good business model for all the municipalities, the PUDs, private utility companies, waste management companies, industrial waste processors, biodiesel producers and private entities by creating good and reliable revenue stream.
