The NWPPC should do everything within its power to eliminate power sources that are major creators of greenhouse gasses, and replace them with green, renewable alternatives. The Centralia coal=powered plant is probably the biggest offender, and should be high on your priority list for phase-out and replacement by wind, solar, or hydro power sources.
