Draft Sixth Power Plan Comment

We need a plan that reduces carbon emissions, primarily by eliminating dependence on coal-fired power plants; while the draft 6th Power and Conservation Plan represents progress, it is inadequate. This region has ample resources of wind, geothermal, tidal, and wave power potential. Accelerated development of these resources, along with aggressive energy efficiency measures, could eliminate our use of fossil fuels for electricity generation.
