Mark - I strongly feel we need to be more proactive in reducing our use of coal. Recent developments have opened up new reserves of natural gas that leads me to believe we can rely upon it as a transitional fuel. The current federal legislation is ignoring this opportunity. The NW should lead the charge on replacing coal with natural gas while the carbon-free renewable resources come on line.
PLEASE CHANGE THE PLAN TO REDUCE RELIANCE ON COAL!
