Our country and the whole world is looking for leaders in the battle to fight global warming and establish non-fossil-fuel energy streams.
The Northwest has several natural advantages that can help to propel us to that leadership position. We should do everything in "Our power" to take advantage of these blessings from Mother Nature and take decisive, innovative action now.
It is time to move beyond talking and wishing about it, to active planning and implementation.
