Draft Sixth Power Plan Comment

RE: Draft 6th Power and Conservation Plan I am writing to urge you to create a final plan that provides our region with a path to meet growing power needs, wean us from dirty coal, bring endangered salmon and steelhead back from the brink of extinction, and start electrifying transportation. The current plan does nothing to actually reduce our carbon emissions or lessen our current dependence on the coal-fired power plants that account for nearly 90% of our electric system’s global-warming emissions.
