Draft Sixth Power Plan Comment

I hope the Council will consider adopting a plan that reduces our CO2 pollution in accordance with the targets established by Northwest states and the scientific community. The final 6th Plan should tell the region to seize the ample clean energy opportunities documented most recently in Bright Future http://www.lightintheriver.org/reports.html: Please seriously consider taking the lead on curbing climate change in the U.S. by committing to reducing the Northwest's reliance on fossil fuels.
