Dear Council Members,
There's no time to waste here. Please get serious and be PROACTIVE about getting us off oil-based energy. We have the technology and the will. This is big opportunity for the PNW.
I hope corporate interests aren't standing in our way of progress this time. Please get on with making bold and brilliant policy for the future. We need it now more than ever.
