As the leading signature gatherer for the clean energy initiative for Whatcom County back in 2007 I kept on hearing from all types of people (liberal, conservative, libertarian, etc.) that now is the time for concrete action to begin solving our climate issues. You have the power to begin this process by increasing energy efficiencies and by limiting output of dirty fossil fuels. I believe that the electorate gave you a strong message back in 2007 and now it you duty to follow thru. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to present my views.
