Draft Sixth Power Plan Comment

I'd like to see Washington state help individuals with purchase of small solar or wind powered solutions with more tax credits and rebates. As an example, we live a few miles west of the foothills of the Cascade range, just north of the Columbia river. The winds are regularly blowing and it would motivate us (and others!) to install a private wind turbine if we could defray the costs in other ways. For us, because we are retired, tax rebates can only go so far, but, we'd sure take a second look at adding wind power if we could reduce the cost to, say, $5000 or less.
