Draft Sixth Power Plan Comment

I like your plan of meeting all new electric demand with energy efficiency and renewable energy. However i would like to see the plan encourage the closing of the coal fired plants that make so much of our CO2 so that we can work toward the necessary goal of reducing our CO2 output and not merely stabilizing it.
