Comment from Johns, Bill
It used to be that available power drove the NW economy especially eastern Washington. New power sources were agressively sought and developed. Now your plans call for less energy use and the use of unrealiable new sources such as wind. You also rely on conservation such as shutting down aluminum plants, magnesium plants, buying back irrigation pump use, and all other high users. These same users came with high paying jobs. Your plans are destroying us. You have lost the nerve that the past had to develop new relaible power sources such as Nucs. Hire some people with some guts not just managers that are satisfied with the status quo.
