Draft Sixth Power Plan Comment

I wanted to urge the Council to adopt a clean Regional Power Plan. I won't go into anymore details about it, but I think it's extremely important that we have a clean Regional Power Plan and I think it would be terrific if that could include wind and thermal energy programs. Thank you.
