Draft Sixth Power Plan Comment

Mark Walker, Director of Public Affairs Northwest Power and Conservation Council, I'd like to thank the Council for its work on the Power Plan. However I believe that our dependence on coal must be completely eliminated since it is the biggest cause of pollution in the region.
