Draft Sixth Power Plan Comment

We ask that you ensure a clean energy future for the Northwest by requiring that the NWPCC’s final plan: 1. Preserves strong energy efficiency and renewable energy targets 2. Sets goals to reduce CO2 emissions in the region, not simply stabilize them 3. Phases out coal-fired power plants with replacement over time with renewable resources 4. Accounts for the future cost of carbon dioxide emissions by including a baseline price estimate for carbon. Thank you.
