Draft Sixth Power Plan Comment

I support the plan moving away from any new fossil fuel production. I support the move to energy efficiency and renewable energy as the resources of first choice in the region. While the draft plan would lead to a stabilization of greenhouse gas emissions, it could go further to actually reduce current emissions by requiring 1,450 average megawatts of conservation in the 5 year action plan instead of 1,200 average megawatts.
