Let's take coal out of the picture completely, let's retrofit Boardman to use another fuel stock. Let's look at distributed power ideas, and natural gas or biofuel fuel cells. Let's be aggressive, innovative and efficient. Let's take your plan and make it better, and build upon an already-solid foundation of efficiency and clean energy in the NW. Let's be bold and build a low-carbon energy future that will meet growth with innovation while shrinking our impact on the environment.
