Draft Sixth Power Plan Comment

Thank you for the work you have done to start to turn us toward a better energy future. The emphasis you have put on efficiency and development of renewable energy sources is admirable! However, the current plan does not address the pollution we currently produce by burning coal. Until we address this issue, we have slowed our production of greenhouse gases, but not yet begun to tackle its major source - coal. That is the essential step to realizing the goal of a 75% reduction in pollution. The work you have done thus far is GREAT! Please go this next important step by making a plan to incorporate either cap and trade and/or the already adopted CO2 reduction targets.
