Draft Sixth Power Plan Comment

Northwest Power and Conservation Council: Conservation and other measures are great in our efforts to reduce energy consumption. However, I urge you to be as strong, clear and far-sighted when it comes to coal. I urge you to put in the plan a clear path toward reducing and then eliminating reliance on coal.
