Draft Sixth Power Plan Comment

To : Northwest Power and Conservation Council (NPCC) Thank you for a chance to give my input on the new Plan. In many ways, it is a good plan. The push for conservation and renewable power is excellent. But much more is needed. The plan must provide for more wild salmon and a smaller carbon load. Here are several specific suggestions: (1) Increase Energy Conservation (2) Chart a Clear Course for Salmon Recovery (3) Encourage Coal Plant Closures
